I was born and raised in the Harrisburg area and graduated from John Harris High School in 1965.  I then joined the army and served in Viet Nam and Italy.  Upon my discharge from the army, I completed college at   Penn State with a degree in business.  Upon graduation I was hired by the Internal Revenue Service.  

As early as high school, my dream was to have a tax preparation service.   To prepare for this, I went to work for the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent.  The primary duty of a revenue agent was to audit income tax returns.  I did this for the next 28 years.  I became an expert in taxes.

I retired from the Internal Revenue Service as an IRS Agent in 2001 and formed ABC Taxes, Inc. to provide a quality tax service for individuals and small businesses.  The dream I had in high school to have a tax preparation service never left me, but only postponed.  I really enjoyed working for the IRS and that has given me a solid foundation to begin ABC Taxes.  Now…I will be working for you!
